Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of members is to be held by Zoom video conference on Tuesday, July 20th  021, commencing at 18:00. You can either attend in person at the Old Bristolians' Sports ground or on Zoom.

2. Confirmation of the President 2021/2022
3. Confirmation of the President Elect 2021/2022
4. Approval of the Minutes of the AGM held on Tuesday, June 16th, 2020
5. Report of the Society Committee
6. Treasurer’s Report and Statement of Accounts to September 30th, 2019
7. Election of Officers of the Society
8. Election of Representative(s) of the Old Bristolians’ Sports Club
9. To consider resolutions
10. Any other business within the scope of this meeting
11. Nominations of members, duly seconded, to act as Officers of the Society should be emailed to the Administrator as above to arrive no later than Tuesday, July 6th, 2020. Officers presenting themselves for re-election do not need to be formally nominated.
